On a recent trip to New Zealand we visited the McKenzie family at Maungahina and inspected Iguacu. He is a stylish, easy doing sire with tremendous length and depth. The Koanui Style and Iguacu daughters were good milking, productive, feminine cows. Iguacu’s joining to Debarry Tabitha Y177 at Mawarra has produced the quality of offspring for which we were hoping, their first ET son Ironside was sold at our 2011 Sale for $7,000. They were represented at our 2012 Sale by two more ET brothers, Lot 22 M. IMAX and $16,000 top price Poll Hereford Bull Lot 23 Jack Knife, he was purchased by Foxforth Herefords, Guyra, NSW. Iguacu was also the sire of Lot 29 Juror. At the completion of this Sale his five sons have averaged $8,500.
